We have a Common Entrance Test with MCQs on topics of UG Life Science, for students that have applied for PG admission from other streams. Kindly refer to the admissions main page for the updated entrance test syllabus and rules for the admission process.

We have three laboratories which are equipped with Fluorescence microscope, PCR thermocycler, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, UV Gel Visualizer, Laminar Air Flow, Inverted microscope, Shaker Incubator, Deep freezer, Binocular microscope, Rotary evaporator, Sonicator, Muffle Furnace and other basic instruments.

Students can engage in research in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science and Nutrition, Phytochemicals and Medicinal Aspects in Plants, Entomology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Bioinformatics and Tissue Culture.

Our curriculum is designed to be at par with competitive exams like CSIR NET Life Science, and we provide strong faculty guidance, research opportunities, and internships to support career development.
