• Dr. Nilima Gajbhiye is placed in the World Scientist ranking 2024 by AD scientific index.
• Dr. Nilima Gajbhiye published her review article in International, peer reviewed Journal on "Understanding the influence of Tumour microenvironment viability on therapeutic effectiveness" Jan 2024.
• Dr.Nilima Gajbhiye has presented research paper in National e- conference on "Emerging Trends in Life Sciences' Jan 2024 titled "Antimicrobial and Antiproliferative activity of Illecium verum.'
• Dr Kanchan Chitnis won the International Gerty Cori Distinguished Scientist Award 2023 in Biochemistry by the International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation, IMRF Institute of Higher Education & Research, Vijayawada, India- Regd with Govt of India NITI Aayog on 23/06/2023
• Dr Kanchan Chitnis got selected for Seed Grant Funding from College of Rs. 75000/- for 1 year duration 2023-24 for the project titled ‘Study of Anti-inflammatory effects of herbo mineral nanoparticles in arthritic condition’, a topic of her PhD student Ms Shruti Shinde.
• Dr Kanchan Chitnis is the recipient of DST SERB TARE (Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence) 3 years funded project of 18.3 lakhs in collaboration with IIT Bombay and a fellowship of 60,000/-per year (Dec 2021-Dec24)
• Dr Kanchan Chitnis got selected for Seed Grant Funding from College of Rs. 25000/- for 1 year duration 2022-23 for the project titled ‘Comparative Nutrition Analysis and Development of Nutribar of Millets’, project done with SY Students Ms Piyusha More, Ms Akanksha Panigrahy, Mr Sooraj Nair and Mr Shreyas Prashant.
• Ms. Simone Vaz conducted lectures on Anthropology and Quality Assurance Norms at the Center for Excellence in Marine Studies, University of Mumbai from 15/12/2022 to 23/12/2022
