1. Name in the merit list DOES NOT assure admission to TTM
2. Students will be called as per their merit number for subject combination allotment
3. It is mandatory for students to report to College for subject allocation and physical verification of documents at the specified time, to claim their merit number
4. Subject allotment is based on merit and availability of seats
5. List of documents to be brought at the time of admission
i. Print out of Ruia College online registration form
with student and parent’s/ Guardian’s signature
ii. Copy of University Pre-enrollment online registration form
iii. Original and One Self attested copy of Xth mark sheet
iv. Original and Two Self attested copies of XIIth mark sheet
v. Original and Two Self attested copies of XIIth Leaving certificate
vi. Attested copy of caste certificate (wherever applicable)
vii. Self- Attested copy of Aadhar Card
viii. Valid Document for claiming other reservation
ix. Gap certificate if applicable
6. Fee payment link will be sent to registered mobile number. Fee payment is ONLINE, and has to be paid before 4th August 2022, 12.00 noon
7. All the above documents and the fee receipt have to be submitted to the College office before 5th August 2022, 2.00pm.
8. Admission is confirmed only after submission of all documents along with fee receipt
