COMMON ENTRANCE TEST FOR M.Sc LIFE SCIENCE
YEAR 2021-2022
Eligibility criterion: B.Sc in Life Science (6 units) and (3 units) or B.Sc in any Biological Sciences.
Fee for CET is Rs. 200/- (including GST)
Exam Details –
Date: 19th July 2021
Day: Monday
Time: 11.00 am – 12.00 pm
Total marks: 50
Online Exam Paper Pattern: 50 multiple choice questions of (1 mark each)
Student has to choose the most appropriate answer from the given choices
No Negative marking
Topics for CET includes Genetics, Immunology, Developmental Biology in plants and animals, Neurobiology, Genetic Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Environmental Biology, Evolutionary Biology, Biostatistics as understood at the Undergraduate level.
Admissions will be conducted on the basis of 50% marks scored in CET and 50% marks obtained in Biological subjects at the T.Y.BSc examinations for Semester V only (excluding applied component).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The last date for Entrance Exam Fee payment (Rs. 200/-) is 17th July, 2021 till 11.00 am.
