About Department

Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College with almost eight decades of experience in higher education and training and with the strong industry-academia linkages. It is the first college in the city of Mumbai to be granted permission by UGC to start a KAUSHAL Centre in August 2015.

B.Voc . Green House Management is recognized by the University of Mumbai as well as by the UGC. The course is introduced under the flagship of Deen Dayal Upadhyay KAUSHAL Kendra , National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF, level 5-7). The aim is to ensure that the Higher Education system incorporate the requirements of various Industries in an innovative and flexible manner, to ensure that the graduates have adequate knowledge and skills for Employment and Entrepreneurship.

The students are assessed by the Agriculture Skill Council , Govt. of India on regular basis and are awarded certificates accordingly.
