Participated at National Conference on Life Sciences & Biotechnology for Eternal Development (LBTED 2023) at SDSM's College, Palghar. The topic of the poster was “Rapid GC-MS screening with the view of the Dermato- protective potential of Amaranthus cruentus leaves" & " Antioxidant activity of polyphenols from Amaranthus cruentus leaves sing HPTLC“ respectively.
For this project, the students were guided by Dr. Sachin Palekar, Dr Nandini Girish and Dr. Sandhya Menon.

Their project titled “Chromatographic evaluation of traditional cooking practices on Vitamin B12 and Omega-3 fatty acid content in Paspalum scrobiculatum, Elusine coracana, Sorghum bicolor was carried under the able guidance of Dr. Sachin Palekar and Ms. Gauri Ravindra Risbud. |
