Innovative practices

• University of Petroleum and Energy Studies along with Career Guidance and Placement Cell of Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous college conducted a unique Career Assessment Test- INSIGHT. This was a five-dimensional test, and each student was assessed on the basis of- Orientation, Interest, Personality Traits, Emotional Intelligence and Aptitude. The duration of the test was for 1hour.

• Career Guidance and Placement Cell of Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous college in association with Barclays Bank conducted a train program especially for final year female students as a part of women empowerment under CSR segment.
