POSTER MAKING On 6th July 2019, a Poster Making event was organized by the Ruia NCC Girls Unit to celebrate Environment Day. The cadets actively participated, showcasing their creativity and artistic skills while promoting environmental awareness.
PAPER BAG MAKING On 30th September, a Paper Bag Making Competition was organized by Ruia NCC Girls Unit, in the presence of ANO Capt. Dr. Manjusha Nikale and the NCC cadets. The event was organized on the occasion of "Environment Day", with the aim of encouraging cadets to embrace the use of recycled materials in daily life and reduce plastic consumption, promoting environmental sustainability.
On 15th February 2024, Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College Celebrated its RUIA NCC DAY to honour the strength, skills and discipline of our NCC cadets.
Guard of Honour The "Guard of Honour" was conducted to pay respect to the visiting dignitaries, showcasing the discipline and professionalism of the cadets. CSM Harshita Waingankar led the ceremony as the Guard Commander, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication to the event.
CDT Diksha Patil CDT Diksha Patil, serving as the 'Sticko' for the day, gracefully escorted the guests.
DRILL The "DRILL" was an outstanding display of precision, discipline, and teamwork by the girl cadets. Their performance was truly commendable, reflecting their dedication and hard work in perfecting the drill.
CANE DRILL The captivating performance of the "CANE DRILL" by the girl cadets showcased precise movements with the cane, promoting discipline, accuracy, and teamwork. Led by Cane Contingent Commander JUO Neha Thakur, this performance was presented for the second time in the history of Ruia NCC.
FLAG AREA The "FLAG AREA" event, led by JUO Akanksha Panigrahy, portrayed the theme of India achieving new horizons, symbolizing the nation’s growth and future aspirations.
SECTION ATTACK & TENT PITCHING “SECTION ATTACK & TENT PITCHING” created a real wartime situation in our minds, highlighting the strategic skills and teamwork required in such intense scenarios. It truly made us realize the importance and crucial role soldiers play in safeguarding our nation.
Cultural Performance The cultural performance featured the girl cadets showcasing a beautiful combination of Bharatanatyam and Kathak, along with vibrant folk dances from various regions, representing the rich and diverse cultural heritage of India.
Independence Day
Kargil Vijay Diwas
On July 26th, 2024, Ruia NCC Unit organized an event on Kargil Vijay Diwas in G12 in the presence of ANO Capt. Dr. Manjusha Nikale ma’am of 5 MAH GL BN, and ANO Lt. Shamakant Patil Sir of 3 MAH BN. The programme started with the welcome of our Chief Guest ACP Vijay Bhise Sir and Adv. Pritam Shelar Sir.
International Yoga Day
On June 21, 2024, Ramnarain Ruia College observed International Yoga Day with the participation of the NCC unit, NSS unit, RSC and Chief Guest, Mrs. Deepti Mhaskar and Mr. Mohanji Ranade. Ruia NCC Girls Unit, ANO. Capt. Manjusha Nikale felicitated our Chief Guest by giving them Tulsi Sapling.
YOUTH SKILLS DAY :- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS
On July 22nd, 2024, the Ruia NCC Girls Unit organized an event on Financial Management Skills in observance of Youth Skills Day. The event was held in the presence of NCC cadets, NSS, and ANO Dr. Manjusha Nikale, with Mr. Koustubh Joshi as the guest speaker.
