INTERDISCIPLINARY SCIENCE OF 21st CENTURY
Fun academic centric activities related to interdisciplinary science fields were conducted by the department in the month of September 2021 in which students enthusiastically participated and showcased their skills.
Activity 1: HOUSEHOLD -TO-RESEARCH
Research has no boundaries & limitations. This activity was related to exploring the surroundings and using household items to perform an experiment.

(Topic -To study the growth pattern of different seeds and calculate their germination rates and to check for the presence of an environmental component in their growth.)
Activity 2: INTELLUMIA
This was a quiz related to interdisciplinary science. Students participated in the activity which was held online on Kahoot.

Activity 3: FOOD EINSTEIN
Students created handmade posters on different foods. This activity helped to understand the history of food, biochemistry and its importance.

Students prepared a digital poster and presented it online individually or in pairs from the domains such as Astrobiology, Paleobiology, Computational Biology etc.

ECO-FRIENDLY ACTIVITY : This activity helped students to boost their art and craft skills. Students prepared Ganesha idol, flower pots, scented candles from used cutlery , plastic bags , tissues, candles, soil and clay.
