2. The Department conducts various seminas on different themes -  
  • Practical aspects of Philosophy (2002)
  • Contemparary trends in Philosophy – Phenomenology, Hermeneutics, Post-modernism
  • Two days National Seminar on 'Dimensions of the Philosophy of Swami Vivekananda and its contemporary relevance' (2011)
  • A seminar on 'Wisdom Lierature - Saint poets of Maharashtra'
3. A one day workshop was held to discuss the syllabus for teachers of Philosophy
4. Regular talks and demonstrations are held in Yoga.
5. To develop a broader perspective about the subject, we organize lectures in various interdisciplinary fields which are related to philosophy. This also helps interaction between various departments in the college.
