Department of Bioanalytical Sciences Ramnarain Ruia College, a prestigious academic institution, is well known for its credo of multidimensional development of students. It provides an invigorating environment for academic and extracurricular excellence.
Ruia College has created many a milestones during its journey of over 70 years. One such endeavor was started in the year 2004- M.Sc. in Bioanalytical Sciences, under the UGC scheme of "Innovative Programmes".
Ruia College was a pioneer to start this interdisciplinary, industry aligned, post graduate course. This course has been very well received by students as well as industry and it is growing from strength to strength.

INTEGRATED M.Sc. IN BIOANALYTICAL SCIENCES
OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE: 
To impart high quality Science education in a vibrant academic ambience with a faculty of distinguished Teachers and Scientists.
To prepare students for the country who will take up challenging research and teaching assignments in colleges, universities and industrial research and development in the field of Bioanalysis, Bioinformatics and Nutraceuticals.
To amalgamate classical analytical chemical techniques with modern genomic and proteomic technologies of manufacturing and analysis
ELIGIBILITY:
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the 5 year Integrated M.Sc. degree course in Bioanalytical Sciences must have passed Standard XII after 10 + 02 schooling (or equivalent) examination from any recognized board in India with minimum of 50% marks for students belonging to general category and 45% marks for students belonging to Reserved Category in aggregate or equivalent grade with Science, subjects- Mathematics and Statistics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
